Join us on Sunday, June 3rd for an Open House tour of a recently completed Unity Home - a XYLA house in Guilford, VT. This open house is timed to coincide with the Strolling of the Heifers weekend in nearby Brattleboro, VT—a regional celebration not to be missed!

Home specifications:

  • 1,670 SF home based on Unity’s Xyla platform
  • Three bedrooms & two full baths (including first-floor master suite)
  • Open plan kitchen/dining/living area, a music studio and a loft
  • Pine board finished vaulted ceilings in main living areas
  • Hickory flooring milled locally from trees on the property
  • Three-season screened porch off the living area
  • Attached two car garage includes a workshop
